Album Review: HATEBREED "𝗪𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙"

Over hundreds of Jasta’s podcasts, he has divulged his musical and lyrical philosophies, only for you to be teased and wanting the full onslaught from his voices in his head. Current roster of Jamey Jasta on vocals, Frank Novinec on guitar, Chris Beattie on bass, Wayne Lozinak on guitar, and Matt Byrne on drums. Enough said, let’s bleed from our ears.

Although “Cling To Life’s” melodies help add an emotional ambiance, Hatebreed keeps comfortably found their spot since the experimentation on 2009’s self-titled album. Now, looking through the tracks, I can’t pinpoint a weakness anywhere.

The title track “Cling To Life” screams at you right off the get go, with the marching death rhythm as we all expect from the guys.

“Let Them All Rot” has a small intro, making this track unique from the rest of the record. Very different background than what we normally expect from Hatebreed.

“Set It Right (Start With Yourself)” and “Weight of the False Self” seems to be a “F’You” to the year 2020.

As always, HATEBREED pulled out all the stops, and made another brilliant masterpiece. Can’t wait for more!
