Over hundreds of Jastaโs podcasts, he has divulged his musical and lyrical philosophies, only for you to be teased and wanting the full onslaught from his voices in his head. Current roster of Jamey Jasta on vocals, Frank Novinec on guitar, Chris Beattie on bass, Wayne Lozinak on guitar, and Matt Byrne on drums. Enough said, letโs bleed from our ears.
Although โCling To Lifeโsโ melodies help add an emotional ambiance, Hatebreed keeps comfortably found their spot since the experimentation on 2009โs self-titled album. Now, looking through the tracks, I canโt pinpoint a weakness anywhere.
The title track โCling To Lifeโ screams at you right off the get go, with the marching death rhythm as we all expect from the guys.
โLet Them All Rotโ has a small intro, making this track unique from the rest of the record. Very different background than what we normally expect from Hatebreed.
โSet It Right (Start With Yourself)โ and โWeight of the False Selfโ seems to be a โFโYouโ to the year 2020.
As always, HATEBREED pulled out all the stops, and made another brilliant masterpiece. Canโt wait for more!
